作為全年無休的美食熱點,糖廠街市集將推出各為期兩個月的特色美食主題,繼續為大家帶來驚喜! 歡迎檔主根據售賣之食物或產品報名參與相關主題的市集。

To support the F&B industry and the long-term partners of TCSM, rental will be waived in this year. The Organiser reserves the right to resume and adjust the rental scheme in next round of vendor recruitment.
為表達對飲食業及一眾糖廠街市集長期合作伙伴的支持,本年度所有獲選單位將獲豁免租金。主辦單位保留於下一季檔主招募時重啟及調整租金制度。

BE A VENDOR 成為檔主
Vendor mix and rental scheme 攤檔類型及租金:

The Market will be formed by stalls selling an assortment of featured food & beverage, packaged food as well as sustainable eco-products. 市集攤檔包含各款人氣美食及飲品、創意包裝食品以及可持續發展環保產品。

Vendors should match the criteria below to be considered 報名攤檔如符合下列條件將會在遴選過程中獲優先考慮:
  • Local business / start-up 本地特色創意小店
  • With sustainable components to the business (i.e. selling sustainable food items / using sustainable tableware / sourcing local produce) 品牌發展理念包含可持續發展之元素,例如: 售賣可持續發展食品 / 採用可循環再用餐具 / 以本地食材入饌等
  • Avoid using plastic cups / containers when serving food and beverages 於提供食物及飲品時不使用即棄膠杯或塑膠餐具
  • Have an innovative culinary offering / product list echoing with the specific theme which is exclusive for Tong Chong Street Market 具備創意及嶄新意念並配合相聯主題的糖廠街市集限定食品或產品
